About Me

As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I help teens and adults work through anxiety, identity struggles, eating concerns, body image issues, and religious trauma in a space that feels supportive and safe. I offer online therapy across Colorado, so you can access care from wherever you are.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating ADHD or neurodivergent burnout, or healing from faith-based harm, our work together is collaborative and grounded in your strengths. You don’t have to carry it all alone—I’m here to walk with you.
