About Me
I strive to create an inclusive and compassionate environment where clients feel seen, valued, and understood. My approach to therapy is holistic, affirming, and collaborative, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I believe therapy is not “one size fits all,” and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or uncertain about where to start. Whether you’re seeking to heal from the past, build resilience in the present, or chart a path toward the future, I am honored to walk alongside you in your journey to healing.
