Play Therapy
Developmentally appropriate therapy for children using play, creativity, and connection to help process emotions, trauma, or stress in a way that feels natural and safe.
Trauma-Focused Therapy

I offer a space where every part of you is welcome — the parts that feel steady and sure, the parts that feel lost or unsure, the hurt parts carrying old wounds, the confused parts searching for clarity, the curious parts longing to explore, and even the self-destructive parts that are trying in their own way to protect you. My work is body-centered and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we listen to what each part of you is trying to share. I walk alongside children and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ identities, relationship issues, and life’s many transitions, drawing on IFS-informed care, EMDR, mindfulness, and synergetic play therapy principles. Together, we slow down, make space for your story, and help you return to a more grounded, balanced way of being.

About Me

I believe true healing happens when we work with the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. My training in yoga, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed therapy supports healing that is both evidence-based and deeply intuitive.

Whether you are experiencing overwhelm or moving through quiet inner shifts, I offer a calm and creative space for somatic, integrative therapy, available online across Colorado.

“Trauma victims cannot recover until they become familiar with and befriend the sensations in their bodies.”

— Bessel van der Kolk, “The Body Keeps the Score”

Outside of the therapy space, I find joy in being with my dogs, spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and creating art. These practices are more than hobbies; they reflect the same calm, curious, and embodied presence I bring to our work together. I will meet you where you are with warmth, intention, and care.

Clinical Experience

My path into this work began with yoga. In the studio, people would often share stories of grief, trauma, hardship, and emotional distress. I cared deeply but did not yet know how to respond in a way that truly supported them. This led me to study somatic practices for nervous system regulation, breathwork, and eventually clinical work.

My clinical experience includes inpatient mental health, supporting children through child-led play therapy, trauma-focused care, and equestrian therapy. At the heart of it all is creating a safe, attuned space where every part of a person feels seen and accepted. I believe you are not broken or in need of fixing. Healing is about restoring safety in the body and mind, reconnecting with your own wisdom, and allowing your natural resilience to emerge.
