I bring over 25 years of experience in mental health, social work, and substance use treatment. My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, and deeply rooted in compassion.
I specialize in helping adults through transitions, emotional distress, addiction recovery, and identity exploration. I also offer LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy in Fort Collins and am committed to creating safe, healing spaces for those facing both personal and systemic challenges.
