If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For emotional distress or crisis support, you can contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. For non-emergency concerns, you may reach out through the patient portal, and your provider will respond as soon as possible.

Please complete all intake paperwork, consent forms, and assessment scales through the client portal before your scheduled visit. Bringing any recent medical records or medication lists can also help your provider create a comprehensive treatment plan.

If you suspect you might have ADHD, you’re not alone. Many adults begin to recognize symptoms such as difficulty focusing, disorganization, restlessness, or forgetfulness later in life — especially during periods of increased responsibility, parenting, or work stress. At Cortex Care Psychiatry, we take a structured, evidence-based approach to diagnosing ADHD.
