About Cortex Care Psychiatry
At Cortex Care Psychiatry, every client is seen, heard, and understood. Founded and led by Dr. Sharmin Nabi, a board-certified psychiatrist committed to providing evidence-based and compassionate care, the practice focuses on helping individuals navigate life’s emotional challenges with clarity and confidence.
Dr. Nabi believes that true healing happens when medical expertise and human connection come together. Her approach integrates scientific understanding with empathy—taking the time to learn each client’s story, values, and goals. This personalized attention allows her to create treatment plans that feel supportive, effective, and entirely unique to each person.
Whether addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or life transitions, Dr. Nabi’s goal is to help clients restore balance, improve well-being, and rediscover their sense of self. She provides a non-judgmental, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to take active steps toward healing and growth.
At Cortex Care Psychiatry, care extends beyond prescriptions. The practice is grounded in the belief that emotional wellness is a partnership—one built on trust, respect, and open communication.
