Our Trauma Recovery program uses trauma-informed care principles to create a safe, supportive environment for healing. We utilize EMDR, somatic experiencing, and other evidence-based modalities to help clients process traumatic memories and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
Each treatment plan is customized to the individual’s unique needs and progresses at their pace.
